Damage incurred during shipping and handling is the responsibility of the courier.
Late packages will be tracked, but ultimate responsibility rests with the courier.

All products are fresh for consumption and can be dropped off for delivery in person for deliveries local to Dallas DFW.
Priority is given to package in plastic, however, for any glass packaging, care will be taken to wrap in protective wear.
These terms can be added to, deleted, or modified at any time. CREATIVEbyRhia makes no claims or guarantees to any customer or pending sale whatsoever.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All products are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship as products are handmade and fresh, unless otherwise noted in description. As such, returns are not accepted. Damage during delivery for shipping & handling is the sole responsibility of the courier.
Exchanges will only be made on a limited basis at the sole discretion of CREATIVEbyRhia after considering the details of the reason after submitting a form from the CONTACT tab located on this wesbite.
Exchanges can take up to 30 days to be shipped out and receipt of package will be from date of shipment. Exchanges can be denied. Simply changing one's mind does not constitute a valid reason for an exchange.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping and delivery will be through a courier at the sole discretion of CREATIVEbyRhia. All couriers will be official couriers. Tracking numbers will be provided when possible in all cases. In any case where a tracking number is not available, the courier will be contacted for their delivery policy. Late or missing packages will be followed up on to the extent that the courier makes it possible and available. Situations can arise that are unique before a holiday, weekend, or Sunday closing. Each situation will be considered solely on its details. CREATIVEbyRhia is free from all liability of issues arising due to shipping & delivery from any and all courier policies.

CREATIVEbyRhia is not liable in any lawsuits or claims arising from use of this website or purchase made thereof. Contact credit card company or bank for claim of fraudulent use of payment information or dispute process.
